A source told In Touch magazine that their recent Thanksgiving holiday in Paris together made Ryan even more sure that he can be together with Eva forever.
The source explained, “Ryan is telling everyone that he’s very serious about Eva. He is head-over-heels and plans to settle down with her.”
However, Ryan’s friends have told him to enjoy the moment. Although his friends are happy that Gosling is so happy, they think he could benefit more from dating rather than setting up a home with Eva. The insider added that “Ryan doesn’t take dating lightly. He falls in love very deeply.”
Eva is also said to be thrilled with her relationship with Ryan, though she doesn’t want to rush into anything. Another source claims, “Eva really likes Ryan, but she may not be as serious about him as he is about her.”

It looks like Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling have taken their on-screen romance off-screen after they were spotted spending a romantic day at an entertainment park together.
According to a magazine, Mendes, 37, was seen affectionately putting her arm around the 30-year-old star and kissing him.
They tried to blend in with the crowd by dressing down in casual clothes and his and hers baseball caps, but they were immediately spotted by onlookers. Sources, who are close to the pair, said the love-match is a long-time coming, especially now that they are filming together. "There's always been this strong chemistry between them... This was just a matter of time!" a Hollywood gossip website quoted them as saying.

Eva works as waitress
Eva Mendes went incognito to work at a diner in Albany, New York earlier this month (Aug11) to prepare for her role as a waitress in upcoming movie The Place Beyond The Pines.
The Hitch star is currently filming the bank heist drama alongside Ryan Gosling and Bradley Cooper, and to ready herself for serving customers in scenes, Mendes took up real-life training.
She worked a shift at the Route 7 diner in Albany, and manager Colleen Noble was impressed with her efforts.
Noble tells local newspaper The Times-Union, "Only a few customers recognised her. She was a very nice person and very polite. I was very pleased they picked my diner. It worked out great."

Actress Eva Mendes has been granted a restraining order against a New York based stalker, whom she accused of hounding her for three years.
Mendes told the judge she has been living in "constant fear" from John C. Luna, who allegedly thinks that he is in a relationship with the actress.
"As a result of Mr. Luna's conduct directed at me... including references in a letter that he knows I am willing to die for him, and his showing up at my house on May 31st, 2011, looking for me, I am in constant fear," said Mendes in a legal statement.
